Five services, each with a clearly defined scope. Window cleaning is our anchor; for residential we bring the supplies and equipment. You get an honest, careful clean in your home.
Window Cleaning
Streak-free windows inside and out. Frames and tracks included. Most homes done in a single visit. Pricing scales with window count.

- Frames, sills, and tracks hand-wiped
- Screens dusted; deeper screen wash on request
- Hard-water spot removal where possible (we tell you when it isn't)
- Lockable safety: ladders to reasonable height, no rope work
- Walk-through at the end with you (or photos sent if you aren't home)
- Typical duration
- 1 to 3 hours for a typical home, depending on window count and accessibility.
- How often
- Recommended twice a year (spring and fall) to keep light coming in clear. One-time visits welcome.
Standard Cleaning
Top-to-bottom routine clean to keep your home consistently fresh: kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping. Best as a recurring service.

- Dust all reachable surfaces, light fixtures, and shelves
- Vacuum carpets and rugs; sweep and mop hard floors
- Bathrooms: tubs, sinks, toilets, mirrors, fixtures
- Kitchen: counters, exterior of appliances, sink, stovetop, microwave
- Empty trash and replace bin liners
- Tidy and straighten common areas
- Typical duration
- 2 to 3 hours for most 1 to 2 bedroom homes; longer for larger spaces.
- How often
- Best as a recurring service. Weekly or bi-weekly keeps the home in steady shape.
Deep Cleaning
A reset for spaces that need more: baseboards, inside oven and fridge, grout, and the corners regular cleans skip. Recommended every 3 to 6 months.

- How often
- Recommended every 3 to 6 months, or as a one-time reset before recurring service.
Move-In / Move-Out
Empty-property cleans for a smooth handover. Inside cabinets, ovens, fridges, and floors, left ready for the next tenant or your inspection.

- 4 to 6 hours for an empty 1 to 3 bedroom; longer if there’s heavy residue.

- One-time service, scheduled close to your move date so the home stays clean for the handover.
Post-Construction
Fine dust, plaster residue, and adhesive after renovations. We bring HEPA vacuums and the right cloths to handle the layers regular cleaning misses.

- 6 to 10 hours, with a multi-pass approach over 24 to 48 hours so settling dust is captured.
- How often
- One-time service, after the trades have fully finished on site.
